Komal

Founder & Certified Yoga Teacher

Komal is a certified yoga teacher and the founder of Naad Yoga Space, dedicated exclusively to guiding women toward better health, balance, and inner strength.

She is a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certified instructor from Yoga Alliance, and a Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Trainer, specializing in women’s wellness across different life stages.

Her work focuses on hormonal balance, body awareness, and safe, effective movement practices tailored specifically for women.

Komal’s teaching approach is calm, supportive, and deeply intuitive, creating a comfortable space where women can reconnect with themselves and build long-term well-being. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool for healing and self-care, helping women feel stronger, more balanced, and more aligned in everyday life.

Harsh Vardhan (Yogiraj)

Co-Founder & Lead Instructor

Harsh Vardhan, also known as Yogiraj, is a certified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in yoga practice and teaching.

He is a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certified instructor from Yoga Alliance, and a Certified Yin Yoga Trainer, bringing a balanced approach of strength and stillness into his sessions.

His work is focused on building strength, improving flexibility, and helping the body reset through nervous system regulation and stress relief practices.

By combining traditional yoga techniques with modern movement science, he creates structured and result-oriented sessions that enhance both physical performance and mental clarity.

Harsh believes that true transformation comes from consistency, awareness, and discipline. His approach is practical, progressive, and designed to help individuals feel stronger, more mobile, and more balanced in everyday life.
